Citations come from the text of a decision in the archive, not from the model’s memory. A decision is read before it is cited, and the citation is compared against the source text together with the sentence it is offered for; one with no match never reaches you. The link beside each citation opens the full decision, so you can run the same check yourself. You can also have the citations in your own filing checked, free.

Decisions of the Court of Cassation, Council of State, Constitutional Court, Court of Jurisdictional Disputes, Court of Accounts and Emsal (UYAP), together with Competition Board, SPK, BDDK, BTK, KVKK and Revenue Administration decisions and the legislation corpus, in one search.

Sources are watched on daily and weekly crawl rotations, and newly published decisions and legislative changes enter the archive shortly after. A decision carries its own date and deciding authority in its reference, so you never have to guess when it was handed down.

The application, the database and the files you upload are held inside the European Union. For the AI features to work, text is sent to our provider Fireworks AI in the United States; we do that under a data processing agreement that forbids both retaining the data beyond the request and using it to train a model. No. Neither by us nor by our provider: training and fine-tuning are expressly forbidden by the data processing agreement between us. Your documents are also isolated per matter, so one client’s document is never visible while you work on another.
